What started out as a great experience for me daughter ended horribly. I took my daughter to her first appointment and the therapist was phenomenal. However, I scheduled her next appointment on Friday at 10am. I get a call on Thursday mentioning the appointment was missed, and when I called I am told the Therapist doesn't come in on Fridays. The office staff refused to do a one time waive of the late free for a mistake that was on their end. I never once agreed to Thursday, and they clearly did something shady on their end.
