This family owned business was fantastic, responsive, and super reasonably priced. Within a week of inspection/determining the problem they were out to repair it. Relative to the work needing to be done after that recent storm and when compared to other quotes I received, their quote for repair was the most reasonably priced (per ChatGPT). I have a recommendation for a roofing company, Texas Family Roofing. The owner, Paul Perez, came to our home to prepare an estimate to ventilate our garage attic. After discussing what I hoped would be the outcome of installing an attic fan, namely cooling the attic substantially so that the garage would be cooler, he said, "That won't really achieve what you're indicating you want, a cooler garage. Came out to repair a leak 3 times and it still leaks. This company is incompetent (period). Talk with the office and they have a don’t care attitude. Find another company!
