Eric is super great to deal with! He makes you aware of when the team will be at your house and what will be done. Eric then follows up with photos of what he found and what they did to repair our roof!! New story we have now had our roof replaced and to say the least we had the best experience with Armondo, Eddie, and Christian!! The entire team of TEXAS Family Roofing did an exceptional job from start to a perfect cleanup!!

Christian was prompt on meeting schedule. He went above and beyond on assisting me with chimney cap and advising on roof metal. I wish I would've know about this company earlier.
So far, the process has been good. We just signed to have them replace our roof after our neighbor had them replace her roof. Pros: Very thorough inspection of the roof and fair prices. They are confident they can fix a recurring problem area we have due to the shape of our roof. Natalie is very responsive and available to help with the process.
