Thank God for Texas Family Roofing, Travis was able to find the issue and sealed the cracks between 2 pieces of metal where rainwater was entering between the upper 1st level/lower 2nd level. Travis was very understanding of the frustration I was dealing with. There was a leak in my ceiling but could not find the cause. I had 2 other roofing companies do inspections for this same leak but they were not able to find the cause. Travis, the salesman, was very nice, knowledgeable, and responsive. We felt confident moving forward after our initial conversations. He inspected our roof on April 10th and prepared the plans. Elvin came out on April 22nd to complete the work, but we later discovered the job was not completed according to the plan and contract. A return visit was scheduled for April 24th, but no one showed and we received no communication. Texas family Roofing was amazing! We had a small issue we needed fixed before closing on our home, Paul, the owner and entire team was wonderful! Provided a fair price, and got the job done quick! Great work and great people!!!

We recently had a roofing company come out to inspect our roof...since there were a few shingles in the yard. The company quoted us $11,000 for a total roof replacement. I informed them we would be getting a second opinion to compare their findings. Travis with Texas Roofing came out and told us the roof was still in good condition and only needed a few repairs costing less than $2,000!! I'm so glad we got that second opinion.
