Chelsey Southern PA and her team are always considerate professional and compassionate with their care and assistance. She is quick to respond anytime I’ve had health questions and makes the appropriate referrals and treatment plans to keep me healthy
Do not believe what they promise and confirm! I went for a quick physical exam visit with Dr. Chien and blood test at this location. I told them that I was there just for physical exam and nothing else. I was confirmed by the Dr. Chien and staff there multiple times that visit/exam/test are standard physical exam and fully covered by insurance and I won't get any bill. But I received huge bills afterwards and they refuse to correct it. This unexpected charge caused me significant stress and financial strain.
I love this clinic and the entire staff. I can't imagine how they could be any better. There is always someone available to help you. If everybody us with a patient, they will connect you with the voice-mail of the person you need to speak with. If you go in for an appointment, they are fast and efficient. I have never waited for over a very few minutes. They have an on-site lab to prevent you from having to go to a different location. Love the staff here. My husband and I both see mainly Michelle. But have seen the NP and PA too. Love that they take time out to listen and ask questions. Most don't do that anymore. Keep it up ladies!!!
