Pacific Crest of Dallas, LLC/Texas fair Plan asociation. I trusted this agent with my savings to buy an insurance policy, at a time when money was already tight for me. Turns out the policy doesn’t cover water damage at all — something I was never told at the time of sale, in English or Spanish. Used to be "fair plan" and reasonable. Approval and claim process was not efficient. I had the 1st property insured by TX Fair Plan, which was reasonable because it was a townhouse condo.
The worse insurance company ever. Nothing good about this company.
