Excellent experience! In the past, it has taken me at least a month of trial and error to find a contact prescription that was just okay. Dr. Tran took his time, listened, and got my prescription right the first time. I’ll gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a great eye doctor!

I have been a patient of Dr. Huy Tran for years, tolerating long wait times and his indifferent bedside manner. Today was the last straw. I arrived for a pre-operative appointment ahead of my cataract surgery and waited nearly two hours past my scheduled time before being seen with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. When he finally appeared, he jumped straight into asking if I knew "the date", with no context whatsoever. When I did not respond, he clarified it was the surgery date. I have to say, even if you have an appointment at a specific time and are not seen for an hour or two because of his busy schedule, Dr Tran spends every minute on you when he gets to you. He doesn’t rush it even if he is behind schedule. What sometimes we don’t see behind the scenes is that maybe he had to leave for an emergency or just has chatty patients that, because of his professionalism, isn’t going to cut you off and hurry up. Appreciate his attention as a patient, just have to be patient. 🙏🏽
