The doctor and staff treats their customers with lots of respect. They have an office in NRH which is super convenient for me. I have been going there for ten years and would go anywhere else.
I waited almost 40 min to go back into patient area. Felt rushed during my appointment. I left without clear understanding of my prescriptions. I have seen Dr. Tran for many years and it’s the first time I’ve felt like this. I think it happens when a practice grows to be too big. Less personal and having to wait so long for an appointment that I was more than on time for was disappointing.
