Took my elderly mother in for a 10:30 appt. They took forever to get her back. After 2 hours I went back to check on her. When I got to the room where she was, the tech wasn’t able to operate the diagnostic device efficiently and my mother informed me that they had not been able to use the equipment in the exam room well either. We will find another Dr for her.
I was referred to Dr. Tran after having a high pressure cataract sales pitch at another office. They were wonderful. Explained my options, the plus and minus of each. No cattle call upscale process! After selecting some of the upgrades they were still less expensive than the fancy high dollar pressure place.
The exam and staff were awesome. The wait time has hard to accept.
Dr. Tran is very professional and attentive.
