One star is to much, first time here, drop off the referral last week so today everything will be ok, well yesterday at 4:30 pm they call me to tell me that I NEED TO bring the referral because they don't have it, what????? That's the reason I drop it ahead of time, well I got here. At 8 am and they telling me. That they don't have the referral, and that they going to call my primary. Been seeing Dr. Pitts for ages for a genetic eye disorder. The man is such an amazing doctor. Dr. Decker is awesome too. I trust them both implicitly.
