After servicing my vehicle I noticed the dashboard cover that covers the a/c vent was loose, long story short the clips were broken as if someone was trying to FORCE it back on! NEVER had issues with this, was never loose to begin with! Went in today to speak with the owner, David, gave me every excuse in the book as to how it could not have been his shop. I came for a car clean and she told me it would be a hour. And when I went ask her how much longer after a hour of waiting she said she would get someone to do it right now . They had not even started cleaning yet .

Bought a Nissan Rogue from Ed Hicks and they sent it to Texas Excellence for a complete detail. Kept the vehicle all day. They didn't clean anything under the hood and the area for the trunk hatch was also dirty. Looks like a basic wash and wax and vacuum that my 12 year old could've done.
The best place to go get details, bed liners, undercoat, tint, audio systems etc. Highly recommended. Professional workplace. Affordable prices.
