This place needs to be sued for discrimination. Like many other reviews I saw here had a referral that took almost a month to get any kind of update about. This required consistent follow up on my end as they truly will leave a patient in dire need of services without any compassion. Once I finally was able to get ahold of someone in the office was told that self-pay wasn’t an option due to my insurance. Abigayle was truly amazing. One of the best medical professionals I’ve met in a long time. She is very knowledgeable, makes patient comfort a primary focus, and you can tell she is genuinely interested in your care, what you have to say, and being detailed in her explanations. I don’t know that I could recommend her enough, and honestly wish she practiced as a PCP so I could see her for more than my ENT needs. I’ve had such a wonderful experience here so far. Abigayle Cross and Dr. Christianson have been amazing and have made me feel so comfortable coming into both of my appointments. As someone who struggles from health anxiety, their care truly means a lot, and I am so grateful that I have found such a great office. The front office girls are so sweet and welcoming too! 10/10 recommend this practice.
Amazing clinic found my new ENT specialist fixed me up really fast great group of people! I can hear again!!
