Can't deal with this place. Called to get an appointment for a stopped up ear. Told it would be a month to a month and a half before I could get in. Had to get a referral just to get started. I can't wait it causes equilibrium to be off or my balance I guess you call it. Didn't ask for surgery just a visit for possible treatment or see if it was something major.
Physician Abigayle was extremely professional and knowledgeable; I cannot recommend her highly enough! She was very friendly and quickly ran a battery of tests to help diagnose me. Audiologist Akhila was equally amazing and friendly as well, explaining each step of the hearing exam process. The entire staff was fantastic honestly. I hope I don't have to return but if I did need an ENT again, I would go to no other!
