Very quick and responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
Recently Texas Engineered Roofing installed a new roof for us. The materials they used are great and the entire process was very well organized and efficient. The actual roofing effort, including a small amount off carpentry, solar attic fan installation, incidentals like roof penetrations and flashings replacements, wildlife exclusions, etc. were done in a single day. Texas Engineering Roof did an incredible job! They were very careful about our belongings on our property, protecting them from any debris from ripping our old roof off. We had a nest with baby birds and Brad assured us they would be careful while his workers worked in the top by placing a type of cover over the nest. Over all, from when they started and when they finished, they left our property like it wasn’t even touched. Cleaned up. When I called Texas Engineered Roofing about a few missing Shingles that blew off in a wind storm, i figured I would get a Salesman who would try to upsell everything possible. But i was wrong. Brandon Long came out the same day and patched it up to hold over until we could get a repair done. He explained everything in great detail and made the entire process super easy to handle. He matched the new shingles as close as he could and you can barely notice that there was any work done.
Texas Engineer Roofing did an excellent job completing a total roof replacement and coordinating gutters and downspout installation. They were professional, responsive and attentive to all our needs and concerns especially when it came to working with our insurance company. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
