have been trying to call this office for 14 days with no reply to voicemail how I reach this company???
Installing the panels did take some time, we also had issues with the windows getting installed but after some time it all got resolved. Now I’m calling for warranty on solar panels and they are not responding to come out at take a look at the issue. Every day that they don’t respond is a day I loose out in production of energy which in turn I will have to pay CPS. When Texas Energy first placed panels on my roof one blew off. It took 2 months to get them turned on and this was by another company NOT Texas Energy. In July of 2020 my panels went dead due to an inverter problem. I reached out to them in Oct 2020 to fix it. After identifying the issue Jake Ortega with TE emailed back saying they would come out to fix the issue but nothing ever happened. After emailing, texting, phone calls I got no response. My solar panels they installed do not work and they ignore my requests to fix them.
When you leave them a message that your solar system is in error they don't call you back.
