Called TER after the winter freeze, we had a pipe burst and flooded 3 areas in our downstairs. They are a local company here in the Flower Mound area, so I wanted to give them a try. The one positive from the company was they scheduled me within 3 days of calling them. When they showed to do the cleanup, it was a subcontracted group out of California. Our company came down during the freeze to help TER with their flood of calls for mitigation services and to help out the struggling community. Our company and many others were not paid for the work performed. When the insurance companies paid the customer’s invoices, TER kept all of the proceeds and allowed their customers to have liens placed on their properties.
