Don't go unless you absolutely have to! My family got a stomach bug during the night and we went due to dehydration. They only gave my daughter a pill for nausea and gave my husband and I both 1 bag of IV fluids. When the bill came we owed over $2000.00 (and that is after our insurance). For what we had done - $2000.00 was completely outrageous!
Great doctors, totally incompetent office staff. Sent me on 10 mile trip to pick up paperwork at Spring Cypress location only to have the staff there tell me they don't have access to the paperwork. Manager not on site, couldn't be bothered to return calls or texts from office.
I created an account on yellow pages just to leave a review for these people... They are the absolute first, this is a for profit business first, second, AND third. Finally, it is a healthcare facility last. I have trauma to my hand and it is swelling dramatically, I am freaked out and as soon as I get back into the city I rush over here and don't have any insurance information with me because it has just changed. 4 hours later I am paying out of pocket because they can not look up insurance information, not that big of a de... read more
