I went after my son put a corn in his nose and it got stuck, staff and doctor keith are awesome and they are very nice people, check up went well specially when my son is really a trouble when visiting a doctor.
I just got off the phone with I’m guessing the receptionist. While the doctors here are incredible, I came into this facility twice, two days in a row. Before I even told the the lady I spoke with on the phone that I had been a patient there, I asked her what the emergency room facility charges start at and she quoted $300.00. So I then proceeded to let her know I was charged 3800.00 for JUST the facility to step foot in the place and then 4800.00 the next day. All for it to end up being strep throat. The first visit. The front desk, intake and doctor were all very nice but I was told the doctor would send my samples out for lab results. After several days of not hearing back, I called to get the results and was told that the doctor never sent my labs out. The front desk girl said something like one of us messed up - me or the doctor. Nice job blaming the patient. I had to go to another urgent care to get my lab work completed correctly. Best doctor visit I ever had. We only had to wait for 5 minutes! Our nurse, Wanda, was very friendly and attentive. Doctor Salyar was incredibly helpful. Yazmin and Le were very friendly and kind. We got a free screening, all we had to pay for was the prescription the excellent doctor called in. As if that wasn’t enough, they gave us an awesome gift bag on our way out! Excellent staff, very friendly. 10/10 would recommend!!
