I own a machine shop and had a pretty critical motor go out on me. A new one would have cost me $1500-$2000. I delayed taking it to this shop because I was skeptical about it being the best solution. When I finally did, they fixed my motor and had me back up and running within 24 hours. The price was shockingly reasonable and my motor is running great and it’s amazingly quiet. Took in a windshield wiper motor. Did not test it when I took it in, did not test it when I picked it up. I installed it and did not work. Took it back, asked him to test it for me and it failed. Asked for a refund , did not get it. Not Good !!!

My experience was not great. Really nice people, but I dropped my motor off for an estimate and the next day, I called and they said it was ready for pickup. I appreciated the speed, but I never got an estimate. It was about $160 to replace the bearings and clean it. A new motor is only $200, so I would not have repaired it had they told me the cost before working on it. Anyway, it worked great for about 3 weeks, then it quit.
