Update as of 07/25/2025: Thank you for your follow up on Yelp, however, they are filled with untruths and attached you can view all correspondence I have had with agents at your company. These screenshots demonstrate lack of response after the original inquiry as well as a concluded response to your second agent's inquiry. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEEN DEALING KELSIE. LIKE I STATED BEFORE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IF AN EVICTION WAS THE CAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE GAVE INSIGHT. But the court ruled in our favor check the attachment any other time we dealt with court we paid off all balances if not we wouldn’t have been there 3yrs. I CAN ALSO POST THE TEXT MESSAGES BETWEEN HER AND MY HUSBAND STATING SHE WAS GOING TO HANDLE THIS ISSUE. We tried to handle this before coming here but lack of professionalism and communication has brought us to this.

I have been a tenant under Texas Realty for the last three years on Walnut Street, and it has been an amazing experience. Maintenance issues are always addressed promptly, regardless of the cost. The online services are user-friendly, and communication is conducted through email and text. I want to extend my gratitude to the owner with whom I have been renting for 12 years. I can not give this company enough credit. I’ve had a couple of my properties managed, sold, and bought through Texas Elation. Each time they have done a fantastic job and made it completely effortless for me.
