From initial assessment to project completion, this team was outstanding. Their communication was clear, consistent, and professional throughout the entire process, which gave us peace of mind from day one. The crew worked diligently and incredibly hard over three days. Texas Dry Out & Restoration came to the rescue quickly when a shower pipe flooded the adjacent closet. The crew was courteous, protected the floors from the front door to the closet and carefully moved nearby furniture out of the path. Francois was ever-ready to answer questions, drop by the house to check on various items as they arose, and do various favors beyond the scope of the work. Highly recommend this versatile family-owned business.

I can not say enough about Texas Dry Out, Franscois and Diego! You get what you pay for and then some. They were always on time and did quality work. They were very knowledgable and explained the process in detail. Franscois did a great job worked with my insurance company. I will definatley be using this team again!
