I am pleased to give a 5-star review for Texas Dry Out. Francois and his team are responsive, informative, patient and a true wealth of knowledge. I unfortunately, had a toilet seal leak and had to have water mitigation performed. I called a couple of companies, but Francois was the first to really provide, what I felt, was an honest assessment of the situation.
