Terrible trash contractor. Under staffed at the landfill pay window and rather than letting me just dump and pay after, someone finally came out to make me get back into line 🤦♂️ (waited 15 mins at the window for someone). If the trash cans weren’t so small and they picked up recycle weekly, I wouldn’t have to go to the dump and pay $35 extra dollars each time bags back up. The city needs to replace this contractor.

Before booking a rental. I had confirmed the material I was looking to get rid of was accepted. Nikki verified by responding yes we will take that material via email. I booked the roll off and blocked out a few hours to load it up so that I wasn’t wasting money. They came and picked it up no issue, two days later I receive a call stating they can’t accept that material and if they were to keep it I would be paying upwards of $14k. They stated I could either pay for it or they could bring it back and dump it in our yard. Not ... read more
