I'm thankful for the option to take items to Texas Disposal. This was my second visit. The employees are always nice, they do a great job.

This company has the worst people working for them. Live in Sun City would not even back up to pick up my trash. I am 71 years old and the rudeness of these people toward the elderly is unbeliveable. Horrible service and horrible people!!!!
Scheduled a bulky pickup last week for Tuesday this week. I put the pile of patio furniture out on the curb on Monday night as instructed. Today is Friday and the ugly mess is still sitting there. Everyday I call and they say they're behind with bulky but will get it "today". Yesterday she said "We have until the end of the week to pick it up." Who gave them until the end of the week?
