Scheduled a bulky pickup last week for Tuesday this week. I put the pile of patio furniture out on the curb on Monday night as instructed. Today is Friday and the ugly mess is still sitting there. Everyday I call and they say they're behind with bulky but will get it "today". Yesterday she said "We have until the end of the week to pick it up." Who gave them until the end of the week? Terrible trash contractor. Under staffed at the landfill pay window and rather than letting me just dump and pay after, someone finally came out to make me get back into line 🤦♂️ (waited 15 mins at the window for someone). If the trash cans weren’t so small and they picked up recycle weekly, I wouldn’t have to go to the dump and pay $35 extra dollars each time bags back up. The city needs to replace this contractor.
