Mark Raney was very professional and gave my roof a thorough inspection. Once his inspection was complete, Mr.Raney provided a detailed evaluation of his findings as well as his recommendation for the best solution.
After that crazy storm last night, I contacted Kittie late this morning and she had Mason out to our door within a couple of hours!! Mason was professional, straightforward, and amazing!! We are so thankful for their promptness and trustworthiness!!!
My sister in law contacted kittie who is the manager and sent Mason out to inspect her roof and while he was out there he was able to come over and inspect our roof. Mason was very professional and friendly! He answered all my questions and I will be using this company in the future for sure!
I have known Matt's wife for years so I knew this company be be fair and honest with everything. Scott was the gentleman that helped me and he always took time to explain every detail and take into account our busy schedule. He was always professional and accommodating. This is a trustworthy company that stands behind their work and cares for their employees.
What I didn't appreciate is the lack of information and expertise I perceive your sales person should have provided during the initial meetings but did not demonstrate who is otherwise very sharp.. I gather from a phone call to your office THE PERSON answering the phone said your company DOES NOT PERFORM MANY SOLAR panel remove and replace jobs.. No kidding.
