I went for some back pain, nothing wrong with the way they treated me throughout the visit. The problem is that they didn't call the pharmacy, I called twice and been to the pharmacy twice, since they said they called. Checked with the pharmacy, they said no one left the prescription, they checked in front of me. Now is the weekend and I am in pain, can't get my meds. Can't possibly recommend this place.
I had a great experience yesterday. My provider was top notch. Great bedside manner. I was seen immediately at my appointment time and I’m amazed at how much time my provider spent with me. I never felt rushed or like a number. They listened and created my care plan accordingly. Cass was amazing taking my blood. I feel like I made the right choice here.
Great experience, staff very friendly and helpful. 8:00 appointment and taken to exam room when I arrived .When is the last time a physician spent an hour talking to you face to face and not entering everything on a computer. Dr. Porter wrote in the chart as needed. Discussed my history and any questions I had. I was extremely satisfied with my appointment. We discussed referrals to specialist if needed. I saw Dr. Porter today for an urgent care visit for my back. I walked in and was seen almost immediately. So much faster than a normal urgent care. Would definitely go back.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Porter and this clinic. It feels like good old-fashioned service with all the modern knowledge. And I love not having to pay the darn insurance company just to take a cut of my money away from the guy giving the care! I'll never go back to that.
