I will not do business with Texas Direct Carpet again. When I called to request a refund for an unopened box of flooring was told no refunds. I didn't get a written contract; I did get an invoice for what I purchased and paid for. Now I'm thinking do they over measure your flooring so they can charge more? My mistake not checking with Better Business Bureau.
