I left my backpack in the car my fault. However, they made no effort to find it or call me back. Alex their manager said first thing you signed a waiver. I knew it was helpless then. I sold cars for years. I always went back to the car for people and held things at my desk and called people back at least. No effort or care that is heartless.

Third try at dealing g with them in 6 months and still no response...can't get a call back can't get an email or text message returned...how do they sell cars? This is crazy

I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse from this location and could not have been happier with my experience. 18 months later, i take my vehicle to have the oil changed and they show me that the entire underside is covered in rust. The rust has begun eating into the frame, and will probably not pass an inspection, making the vehicle useless. My local mechanic told me that the rust had been there for years due to the damage that it did, and that Texas Direct Auto (Vroom) had sold it to me in that condition. Great experience today. Alex, the supervisor & Marvin were a big help when I sold my truck to them. No hassles, straight- forward and get down to business right away. I’m and out for almost 20 minutes. I am glad these guys were there. Their location is convenient too for me which is around 1 to 2 miles from where I live. 🤠
