I was told they are unable to appraise my car because it’s raining. I said I’m happy to wait 15 mins or so. After siting for 5 mins I was told to just try getting an appraisal online because it was raining. I called Carmax and asked if they would be able to appraise my car even if it’s raining. I was told rain or shine, come on in. I left and went to Carmax.
Don't do business with vroom a waste of time!!!!!
Wish I could give them negative stars. Wife engine blew in under 30 days. They had and still have the car. Communication is sherry. No rental or loaner til car is fixed. Please keep your hard earned dollars and go to a real dealership
You can have perfectly fine credit and a preference of using your own financing but they will back you into a corner, smooth talk you and manipulate you into financing with them. Next thing you know, you have no choice but to sign up for a high interest car loan. Pay attention to your interest rate! You will end up paying double what that car is worth. Anyone that does business with Santander is the scum of the earth. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.
I ordered a car online from them and had to cancel after 20 days because they still didn't have a plan to deliver the vehicle!! Now I'm waiting for my refund
