Great customer service! Cassandra was helpful and stayed on top of getting a payoff quote from my lender even when they were being uncooperative. Got a quick and great offer from the guy that checked out my car (I forget his name)

Cassandra and David were the BEST. I sold my vehicle and got stuck because the rental car agency I booked could not be bothered to pick me up (Enterprise) and we were quickly approaching 6pm. Well, after closing hours and on THEIR own time Cassandra and David took it upon themselves to drive me to my hotel and make sure I was safe. Called in with a couple of questions, didn't even bother to ask them all because the girl who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. Not every individual that come to direct auto has sold a car before, so I would think if a customer has a few questions they would be happy to help, guess not.
