DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! I bought a Tundra from them and had to return it a week later because of a bad title. Tried to buy another truck the other day and they treated me like some joe off the street. They didn't try and make it right at all. Terrible salemen with crappy attitudes. Also, most of thier vehicles come from the auction so you have no clue what the vehicle has been through. Did I mention they are highly overpriced? TDA IS DEAD TO ME!!!
I was working a deal on a vehicle that had reached Sale Pending status. Asked a couple questions about add-on fees and all the sudden the car was sold out from under me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER Service!
Do not sell them your vehicle. They bought my husband's truck on July 9th. We had to overnight some other paperwork they needed to finish deal, which arrived July 11th. They supposedly can not find package, which I have tracking and delivery confirmation through fedex. I have contacted them numerous times and given them the tracking number and was promised a call back, but have yet to receive one. Outstanding experience! I live in Indiana. In 2011, I purchased a 2010 Chevy Traverse. Bought a $200 plane ticket to Houston. Drove it 16 hours home. These guys picked me up at the airport. Customer service was excellent every step of the way. I still remember my salesman, Johnny Sterling! No local dealership could come close to the TDA price. I saved around $7000. I still own this vehicle 5 years later and chances are, when I decide to buy again, I will look to TDA. I recommend these guys all the time. Well worth the plane ... read more
