Poor communication and customer care. I won't be recommending. It could have all been simply resolved if they cared enough to try.
Longest hassle car buying experience I’ve ever had. 11 days later and auto still wasn’t ready, I kept getting passed around to repeat my details to find out status and etas. All this and I walked in with money down and financing pre arranged!!! Not my first auto purchase but definitely is my last at this joke!
I had the best experience on Monday 11/27/17 my sales guy Joshua Marine put in an extra mile to help choose my car and not just that I loved how patient he was. Me and my family got there around 12pm and left 7:30pm he stayed over his shift to make sure I had gotten everything done. The car I chose had a cracked windshield but he made sure to get it fixed the next day and delivered the car himself to my house the very next day 11/28/17, again after his shift(which he didn't have to do but did anyway) I wish I could tag him s... read more
My mom bought a 2011 Chevy HHR from Texas direct auto!! We had the car roughly 2 months and then it started having problems I brought it in they promised they would fix everything and we picked it up to go out of town and the same problems occurred and they also sold the HHR with recalls that they didn't fix!! The worst problem is being electrical and they fail to fix it!!
