Bad experience. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from here and my most recent one was a disaster. They said they would send a check to reimburse me for the first tank of gas and no check. I even sent them the receipt. Then I took off my personalized plate, made a copy of them at the dealer on their copier, gave copy to the finance guy and I received new plates in the mail. Salesman hung up on me today while asking about a truck I made an offer on. Total joke
Their service department totally worthless. They had my car two full days for a simple alignment, and they still couldn't get it right. The sales process is ok, but I had a liar for a salesperson, which made it more difficult. Great selection of cars Worthless service department Lying salespeople

Recently due to my auto policy at work I had to look into getting a newer car. After a few dealers, I find out the reason my trade was so low was due to a past collision on the record. I was shock! To say the least. I reached out to Texas Direct Auto letting them know I was beyond frustrated to find out their sales person did not reveal this to me and now I was in a bind!
