Buyer beware of the "peace of mind service" this company uses to assure no previous accidents on your purchase. Purchased a 2014 certified BMW 535xi from them in September of last year after losing my car in Harvey. Assured I was getting a "accident free" vehicle. Per the service they provide through Autocheck. All the positive comments on this page must be by associates that work for the company!! This is the worst place to purchase a vehicle for they lie , about everything and the service department is a joke ! A sell that was so simple turned into a headache! The car was picked , finance was completed all I had to do is pick up the vehicle...three days later still no car yet !!! This place is a JOKE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
The purchase and delivery of my car was fantastic. But I bought the car six months ago, and they issued new plates instead of transferring my personalized plates. Full documentation has been provided to the slowest title and registration department I've ever worked with, and my issue has still not been resolved!
If you know what you want and like to treated like a child in day care this is the place for you.
Purchased a 2015 Silverado have had nothing but issues coincidentally within the first week Service department is a freaking circus would not recommend to anyone.
I have purchased from Texas auto direct 3 times and had all 3 trucks shipped to me in Louisiana they always done what they told me they would and I saved a lot
