Worst service ever, they don’t pick up the phone and when you call them it goes to a call center, they said to let them know if I got a better offer on my appraisal and they will match it, well I did and they didn’t. This place does not value customers at all.

I like having all the space in my driveway, but I'd rather see it filled with the 2013 Toyota Sienna minivan they said they'd send me if I sent them 23 grand. I guess I ordered the special Invisible Edition. My bad.
Sellers beware!! I sold a truck to TX Direct Auto on July 25th. A month later and the truck still hasn’t been paid off, but the same vehicle has been sold to someone else already. Now I will have a ding on my credit because of their negligence. They don’t care. I’ve contacted management and gotten nowhere. I guess I’ll be contacting my lawyer shortly.

Beware selling your car to Texas Direct Auto. They waited close to a month to pay off my loan, AFTER they sold my car to someone else! Sounds illegal to me! Will be contacting the TX AG. Customer service unhelpful; don’t return calls. #dirtytitle
