Please do not buy a car from this place.I had a honda crv shipped to me via Arlo Dotson...who lies and said that the truck needed nothing.When I got the truck,the tires were shot,struts worn out and it developed an oil leak that till this day can't be properly diagnosed.I spent nearly $1500 dollars immediately after purchasing this junk.Beware buyers.
Have been trying to purchase a car here but so far definitely NOT WOWED with customer service maybe my credit is not good enough for Rep to contact me again so looks like take my money elsewhere. Sad that if a combat veteran gets this treatment I would hate to see others get worse.
My husband bought a Truck with a warranty from Texas Direct Auto in November. Since then it has been in the shop 4 or 5 times. The truck is a 2017 with only 30 k miles and the dodge dealership is saying the wiring harness is shot. So not only is the dealership doing NOTHING to help fix the lemon they sold us, but their warranty company is refusing to pay for anything. NEVER buy from this company unless you want a $25,000 paperweight.
So the situation is that I recently purchased a car #texasdirectauto....and per the offered warranty states "This warranty ends three (3) months from the Effective Date or when 6000K miles additional miles are registered on the odometer, whichever comes first. RecommendedI will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Ask for Ty William's. He took care of everything. Got a great deal on my vette, found me a good interest rate even with my mediocre credit score, and didn't low ball my trade in. I keep seeing people complaining about their vehicle breaking down soon after they buy it. GET THE WARRENTY. Problem solved. 10/10 experience.

I have to say I was worried due to the amount of bad reviews, about delivery, not paying their car off in time, or getting tags in time and not getting their $500 back but all of that went so smoothly for me no problems at all!
