They sold me a phony warranty and are now avoiding me on the phone. Have tried to talk to someone about it 10 times and I just get sent to a voicemail.

They bend over backwards to sell you a car and get your signature on the dotted line. Once you take delivery of your vehicle customer service is negligent. I have called repeatedly, been transferred repeatedly, been placed on hold for unreasonable amount of time, left messages and still have not been contacted to address my concerns.
I’m so mad at TDA! I went to trade in my truck for an Infiniti, 1st they didn’t do the loan payoff until a month later and that appeared on my credit. 2nd 4 months later of getting the Infiniti they sold me, just found out the car was in a huge accident, so this means they sell cars that have fake carfax. I feel so disappointed and very frustrated because now I own a car that no body wants to pay at a the value it supposed to be. Do yourself a favor a don’t buy from this place!
RecommendedI have bought 3 vehicles from Texas Direct Auto. Good communication from salesmen. Quick process. No issues with trade-ins/payoffs/finance department. Will continue to do business with them in the future.
Customer service absolutely SUCKS!!! And seems as though I paid for a warranty that never existed (paperwork was never sent to warranty company) not only will I not do business here again but will also let everyone I know not to as well
