Very upsetting having to spend over $2000 on repairs after only buying the car two and a half months ago. Would not recommend Texas Direct Auto!
So, my husband and I are ATTEMPTING to buy a vehicle from ya'll. We waited over 5 hours yesterday and your finance person would not deign to even greet us from her chair/cubicle and I STILL cannot get a clear and concise answer despite the approval from my PERSONAL Credit Union, who is jumping through hoops to help us. VERY dissatisfied and seriously considering just taking our business elsewhere!
