One week after I bought a new truck,found a 6 inch cut in one of the tires...they are not concerned about it since I did not buy a "tire" warranty, that I wasn't even offered. So my question is how good of a safety inspection do they do if they miss a huge cut in a tire?
This business is a rip-off! My son went in on Friday 7/24/2015 and was going to purchase a car. He put $500.00 down and they told him he could come Monday which would have been 7/27/2015 to pick up the car. Well he decided not to get the car & informed The dealership of his decision (not 3 hours) after giving his money and now they refused to give him his money back. Bought a car here 10 days ago. Traded in 2 cars in return. One car paid in full, the other was supposed to be paid off today. DIDN'T happen. CALVIN said he would pay my creditor off tomorrow. My contract said he was supposed to pay it off TODAY!! Collecting another day interest!! Texas Direct Auto is a typical USED car dealership. Don't let them tell you they are anything greater than that.

Great place to purchase a car. If your in the market these people have it all.
Would have gave 5 stars but the guest check - in girl was SUPER RUDE. She needs to find a new line of work out of customer service. However, everyone else was pretty friendly, the place is really nice & runs pretty smooth. Sal helped us out & made the experience worth while. We got a great car at a reasonable price. We will be back the next time we are in the market for another vehicle.
The Service Department, especially Mike Rook and Eric Rook, went way above and far beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied. I cannot say enough about Mike's superb customer service!
If you are a first time buyer you need to come and check this place out it's amazing!!!
