I could write out what happened but the short version is that they do things their way and not yours.
we called to see if a car we found on their website had a feature we are looking for. they said they didn't know and would need to ask someone else. so we say ok, fine not a problem can you please check on that and let us know and also check the rest of your stock to see if any of the vehicles have it because we want to buy the car. now. we were told NO they would not be checking the remaining stock for us but apparently if we find one we can call back and ask. wtf?! do you want to sell a car or not?? Buyers Beware * I was going to purchase a car from here . It had some mechanical issues and still covered under manufacture warranty took it to a dealership for repair. The dealership could not fix it under warranty due to the fact that the vehicle had been wrecked. I told him that I have a carfax that doesn't show a wreck. He said that the only way that it would show up on carfax if it had been reported.That they are not required to report it if the repair is done by a mom and pop shop ! Bad brakes on a 54,000 mile car and a dent in the door that they say passes their standards. What a joke! Just like everyone else says, don’t buy here. Refuse to help you after the sale.
Zero customer service, once you sign the paperwork, you will never hear from them again. They dump you on vroom customer service, which is 100%useless. No one can tell me where my car is, when it will be delivered, or even a date to expect it. Furthermore no one will return phone calls! Don't do business with these people!
I’m still waiting on a call back from two people about the car I wanted to buy...
Avoid doing business with this place, less than 4 months after purchasing a car from this dealership,the AC went out and they basically tell you to get lost when you ask if they can help resolve the issue.
