Bought a car from Texas Direct Auto 12/2023, and was told it had 12,000 miles on it, that it had powertrain warranty. 10 days later I was stranded on the freeway, obstructing traffic…, very much in a dangerous situation. Not recomended!! Well my experience with them has not been fun. I bought a vehicle from them about 8 months ago. Well my car wouldn't start so i had to put it in the shop so when they ran the vin at the to see if the part was still under warranty it turns out that the car had over 40,000 miles more on it the odometer than it actually read. Ml350- $4k of repairs 3 days from the purchase Bought a 2007 Mercedes ml350 a few days ago. Took it to a dealership- there's a power steering pump leak, rear shocks are leaking and font and rear pads and rotors are in major need of repair. $4000 of repairs- . This place should be hit by a class action when ut comes to customers service handling the registration process they had me use a notary online and after almost two months when it us time for my temporary plate to expire they call and tell me I need to notary and send it back to them and won't issue another temporary plate stay away from this company the BBB should investigate them for fraudulent practices
Purchased a vehicle 2-27-22. Received it 3-16-22. Vehicle came damaged. They covered repairs after many long hours on the phone. They were supposed to transfer my current registration and tag as it was a trade in. This never happened. Lost my personalized tag. Spoke with many agents, title specialists and an escalations specialist who has now ghosted me when it came to keeping her word. Nothing but issues with this company from the day my car was delivered. From a busted key fob to corrosion under the hood that prevented it from starting normally to not having my plates or registration sent over to Illinois. I'm not sure what the issue is but how is a company able to sell cars out of state without having the proper paperwork to go with is baffling. I like my car but I wont be recommending them to anyone due to these issues
Stay away from Vroom and Texas Auto Direct! I tried selling them a vehicle and I ended up canceling the transaction due to no response. This was even after they made me an offer!
Was in the process of buying a car from Vroom but deal didn't go through. I submitted my down payment to vroom on January 10th. before the deal had been cancelled. I called my sale rep. at Vroom to tell him the deal was cancelled and that I would be hearing from Customer support or receive a email of the cancellation of the deal. I didn't receive neither nor could I get back in touch with the sale person.
