You come here, when they open the doors, everyone outside floods inside, no organization to let people in a line, its just a free for all trying to get checked in. Ridiculous that a medical office operates like this.
Did not like being scheduled with a NP with such a serious matter. Wait time is too long. Very loud seating area.
The staff doesn’t do a great job of detailing or explaining VITAL information. Bills, times, the process before procedures, etc. The wait time is ridiculous and you don’t even get to see the doctor during appointments, which they should obviously state before making the appointment.
Very polite. Answered my questions. Appointment was on time. Staff polite and helpful.
