Organized patient care process. Was seen promptly by nurse practitioner who was very professional and efficient. Liked convenience of having the prep to be mailed to me. Pharmacist called the very next day to arrange delivery. Office didn’t ask for payment up front. Still not sure if that was intended. Either they’ll bill me or visit is part of the procedural fee. Not focused on getting their money. Everyone was very friendly.
Carol, Sandy and Sarah were wonderful as they instructed & prepared me for the Esophagram.
