I had some confusion with my orders from my dr. , on where and who to see. But everyone at the office treated me kindly and with understanding. The problem got fixed and I soon saw the P.A. Who was wonderful. As well was the nurse. I left my appointment with all my question answered and ready for the procedure.
All of the staff were pleasant, attentive, and professional. It was just my initial consult, but all went well. Got my proceedure date all set up. Now all I have to is survive the pre-procedure cocktail the day before mu procedure. 5 stars guys.
Dr. Chung and staff are very easy to work with.
