They make an unpleasant procedure feel so much easier. Dr. Shahzad and his entire staff are wonderful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend their office. I had colonics next door prior to my procedure, which made the colonoscopy procedure much easier.
It was my first colonoscopy, & I was a little nervous. However, everyone there were so professional, polite, & kind, so the procedure was very pleasant & quick. Thanks to them!
Dr Le insisted on me having Endo/Coló at the same time without considering my response. They are very expensive after applying insurance coverage. Horrible phone manners by Isabella. Took 3 days to reach to a human at the office because the call were disconnected before being answer. Of course Isabella denied everything. I don’t think the staff is happy and it shows in the way patients are treated at front desk.
These people have horrible response to phone calls and text they never called me back after 3 messages for an appointment request. Always get the answering service no matter what day or time you call! I went in person finally giving up and 3 receptionist just sitting up front and no phones were ringing. Literally sitting there talking to each other , even when I actually got a hold of someone I was told a “scheduler” would call me back within 2 hours to schedule my appointment but guess what , they never called!!!
