Lady on phone doesn't speak good enough English to understand what my insurance is. I tried to go up to their Georgetown office and it doesn't exist
I regret suggesting TDDC to my wife. The Doctor has cancelled appointments on short notice, substituted a NP on one occasion and the office staff does not return phone calls in a timely manner. Very disappointed with this group.
Great doctor but staff is horrible. Staff does not care .
I started seeing Dr. Mbauchu for a serious issue last week. I had gone to ED July 21st and was told to get in with a gastroenterologist within 72hrs. She was the soonest I could get in with Aug 7th. I thought the appt went well, informative, I left feeling confident. I had labs redone Aug 8th, a Friday. One of tests came back very concerning and I've been calling, leaving messages, with a call center every day since Monday, with them saying a nurse will call back. Nothing.
