I am trying to find a good GI doctor. Called to get an appointment after having a CT scan was completed with a different doctor who I wasn’t a big fan of. The lady who answered the phone was nice until I told her I had already seen a GI doctor within 6 months. Then she said the doctors there weren’t seeing new patients for second opinions (though I don’t just want a second opinion) and said, “plus we’d need your records before we’d consider making an appointment for you”.
