Never got to even see Dr. Ahmed after trying to reschedule a procedure 3 days in advance due to no ride and then a $100 rescheduling or cancellation fee. I would not recommend dealing with the ridiculousness of this office.

Well started out a 5 star , Dr Ward is a great doctor, he saw me diagnosed me with a cancerous gej tumor on 8/8 , and I was sent to see oncologist, even though I already decided I will not do chemo , , Now the oncologist is dragging his feet ordering another test that they actually could do fast , or have already done , at this point my gastroenterologist hands are tied and they are playing with my life . I am extremely disappointed with the poor communication and incompetence of the staff at GI Alliance in Dallas. I had to cancel a procedure due to their inability to handle a simple insurance clarification. I received a denial letter from my insurance stating that the procedure was not medically necessary, meaning the doctor needed to appeal the decision. Since I don’t have access to the contractual language between the doctor and my insurance, I relied on the office to handle this. I called multiple times for clarification ... read more

Well just got off the phone with the Arlington location. She was incredibly rude but nothing will be done, I was patient until she recommended I go see one of the others I saw in the past. Dr Presley in Dallas can’t seem to do anything without a colonoscopy, Dr Mays in Denton gives everyone the same diagnosis. Major joke

I love the staff at TX Digestive Disease Consultants. The support staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. David and Melanie are exceptionally capable, knowledgeable and friendly. I adore them as if they were my own children. The doctors are incredibly intelligent without being stuffy or arrogant in any way. They listen to your concerns and provide a level of care that makes one feel secure and in good hands. I highly recommend them.
