I had 2 colonoscopies at this facility. Both times I was treated with great care by all of the staff. My issue has come after with the billing department. An error was made in my bill and since July I have been trying to get this issue settled. Each time my insurance provider gets instructions from your billing department and assures me "the check is in the mail", the next day a different demand is made. I am suffering from frequent and sometimes acute abdominal pain and subsequent diarrhea. This still unknown condition causes me to leave my post at the bank as a teller (while I'm working alone) forcing my customers to wait on my emergencies. This condition deeply concerns and puzzles me. After driving to Keller from Lewisville, I was 5 minutes late. Only to be told that Dr. Holt cannot see me and they rescheduled me 2 Weeks away. J. Richmond, 10/28/13 - On orders from a physician, a nurse gave me an Endoscopy PILLcam to swallow with a cup of water. When it became lodged in my throat no one at TDDC's Keller clinic knew how to dislodge it. The nurse said, "the closest hospital emergency room is Baylor Grapevine." They allowed me to leave the clinic unassisted to drive myself 10 miles to the hospital. Almost 3 hrs. later I was discharged from the operating room.
I was stuck in traffic (I35 construction & Golden Triangle Blvd construction) with a commute time of 1 1/2 hours, I arrived at my appointment 2 minutes late & was told I need to reschedule my appointment because I was late. Needless to say, I did not reschedule. I will NEVER set foot in that office again. I have other choices.
