Dr Maxwell has been my primary for well over 15 years. Everyone in my family as well. He is an amazing professional, considerate, compassionate doctor. He doesn't treat you like a patient he treats you like family and he is upfront and honest. We love Dr. Maxwell all 3 generations of us!
I've been seeing Dr Pravong for quite some time now and has never had a bad moment during a visit. She's very professional along with knowledgeable in the art of medicine. I became one of her patients while living in Lewisville and has since moved to Allen (quite a bit of traveling) but I feel it's worth the time it takes to get there.
When I went there they didn't even fill out out the numbers on my lab work the lazy slobs. Since moving to Texas I have been looking for a female doctor who takes Medicare. On April the ninth I called to get and appointment with Dr. Zaleta and was told the first opening she had was in May. I explained that my maintenance meds would be running out before then the person I spoke with found a cancelation for the 25th of April so I took that appointment. H treated my husband because his health was complex. I go to one of the PAs. I have been satisfied for several years with both Dr. Parsley and his PA, Karen Kotara. With me they have been professional but still caring; both have been personable and explained things well without talking down to me. My husband could be less than kind and they were very patient with him. I recommend Dr. Parsley and his office without hesitation!
This doctor has the personality of a rock! Horribly rude and kirt staff especially the guard dog Jo Sherman. Ive been going there for about 5 years. I pay cash. They never know the prices and never have change. Always dread going. They kicked me out because I wanted to speak to a nurse and the guard dog would not let me!!
Dr. Piantini is so unprofessional. She basically half sleep in the appointments, you can tell that she is only in the room just saying stuff while her assistant is on the computer entering random stuff in that she says just so she stays in the room for the period of time that it takes to be paid.
Personelle is always kind and i love the doctors there because they go through everything with you and your children.
