I have been calling to make an appointment for more than a month and until now they have not returned the call, my primary doctor sent a referral with my case and neither. I call at different times of the day to see if by chance I am lucky that they answer me but neither! I have to go to the office directly so they can give me an appointment!

My new Dr has the knowledge to help me control my diabetes. The office in Central Austin on Mopac does not care about their patients.
