This office offers great Drs although the turnover has been high with Drs. So the treatment plans have changed for my kids several times. The back staff is young and needs a bit of guidance. They are always chatting and hanging around. There is a young man who's newer in the back he's nice and there's the front desk Eduardo who is very pleasant and helpful and honestly needs a raise. Overall this office mid at best. Do not be late at all, even within your grace time because they will not see you.
My kids having been going there for years and my son is autistic and they do so well with him ! Every staff member that has ever seen, my children have always treated them with such kindness and patience. We love Texas dentistry Mesquite
My kids have been coming here since they were babies and we tried a few before them and we will be life long customers not only are their prices good the staff is great with my kids from my daughters braces and cleanings to my autistic son cleanings and cavities. We love you guys!
The staff is always very nice and welcoming. They always go above and Beyond to make sure you know everything, my boy's love going to thier office. Edited. I just took my 3 kids in today (4-24-26) for thier check ups/cleanings 😁. The staff is always very helpful and nice. I love that all through out the visit the dental assistants and the dentist explain what thier doing and seeing inside my kids mouths, so that im well informed if one of my kiddos isn't brushing or flossing properly.
They are helpful & Listen to all concerns you may have. Also try their best to give you the safest & effective treatment to the best of their ability.
