East Freeway Location seems Un-Hygienic – Beware! I went to the Smile Dental Group at 13319 East Freeway (Uvalde Exit) It was disconcerting to see such dirty instruments trays, chairs and floors. There was a spot of some sort of yellow gel and a lot of dust on the instrument tray. The dental chair itself had dust/dirt on the arms and had a small spot of something red on the seat.
