Judy, and jd really took care of us super well. Am definitely coming back again. Can’t stress this enough. There is no other opportunity to try so many different things in one sitting. What a incredible place it is.
BEWARE. The waitstaff and the gentlemen serving the meats were exceptional—professional, attentive, and the only reason this review isn't one star. Unfortunately, the management team, specifically JD and Rebecca, provided one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. My family traveled from Georgia and made a 3:30 p.m. reservation for our party of 16 to ensure we could be accommodated. Another amazing dining experience at our favorite restaurant. Our server Judy was wonderful!
Take the extra drive to the Albany location. The last two meals here have been terrible. We have been ignored, walked past, and the amount of food that actually came to our table was terrible. I’ve been here about 7 times, first 3 excellent and each time was worse and worse, but last night was horrible. The Albany location is managed much better and I feel like this location needs to be looked at.
