Place was amazing when they first opened. Last pickup order I had they sent out rancid flank steak and are refusing to refund. They offered me a $10 coupon which I refused. I used to go here with my wife and friends maybe 1-2 times a month. The last two times have been lower quality food but this last time was ridiculous. I don’t know how cooks or anyone else would let old gray rancid meat out. There was almost nobody in the restaurant when I picked up the order. But I guess I found out why now. Quality degraded.
Terrible customer service and lack of consideration for ADA needs. Placed a pickup order at this restaurant and, due to my ADA-related mobility limitations, I was unable to carry the food and walk back to my car. I was parked directly outside the entrance, so I asked if someone could bring my order outside to my vehicle. Wonderful meal, wonderful company, A+ service. Excellent atmosphere.
Crystal is the BEST server!! The food is always good. The salad bar has some awesome variety, and the scalloped potatoes are almost always soooo yummy. I dont usually like to drink when I eat here because then I cant eat as much meat, but the drinks are delicious. We love coming here for a date night! Also love it as takeout, but I wish you could get the salad bar togo. We always make a reservation so idk what the wait time looks like
