My wife was excited to take me here because her first experience was great. Well our experience we not great. After ordering drinks is when the service went south. I had food hitting the plate and no cocktail. The manager asked us how things were I politely mentioned we never received our cocktails. Some of the gauchos appeared to be in competition on trying to confuse the diners by making incomprehensible sounds to describe what they are holding. Party of 9 We were there 2hrs and the 1st 45 min we were offered 3 times Cutts of meat. And a server must have had a bad day to toss the silverware and cutlery on top the wine book when 1 in our group asked Her for new cutlery because where she was sitting the cutlery was resting in spilled water. It's a steak place with fast food fries 🍟 instead of STEAK FRIES. Beautiful place not sure if I want to revisit again. Service was better last year on this date.

We had a lovely splurge dinner before our show at the Steelhouse. The food was delicious, the desserts amazing! The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable!
