Went for dinner, had no problem getting in w/o reservations. Staff was nice and attentive. Atmosphere was nice, inviting with beautiful lights and dome ceiling. Having said that, the food was mostly room temperature. I don't understand why they give you a plate of mashed potatoes and french fries(seemed out of place, didn't fit with the rest) with a basket of rolls. On 04/11/25, I went to the this establishment for the first time. There were gnats flying all over the place ( by the salad bar, hot food bar, and swarming our table). The waiters appeared to be friendly, however tjey could not speak english. It was difficult trying to communicate with them. I will not return. First impression is very imperative to me. I went with three other people who had the same sentiments.
I recently dined at Texas de Brazil, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt gloomy and dark there was no warmth or inviting energy to the place. But the real issue was the bugs. I was absolutely shocked to see insects flying around the salad bar. For a place that markets itself as a high-end, 5-star experience, this was completely unacceptable.
