Rudest host ever the tall man in the suite and the short girl had a nasty attitude. When I asked to be seated up front. I wanted my mother to have the ambiance for mothers day. The balad waiter was extremely nice. Yall should put flowers on the table for mothers day. I will go downtown to the other Brazilian grill. The service sucks here for $200
The salad bar and meat are good. A little over salted but good. The wait staff however, is super weirdly salesy. Everyone working there seemed tense and strained. The whole vibe was weird and off putting. My friend and I asked for our checks and instead of bring them they come over and interupt our conversation by SLAMING a tray full of desert down after we already declined. It was super awkward and rude. Definitely wont be coming back. The price was not good for the quality of service or the drinks.
Food is delicious! Dining area, buffet tables, and restrooms are clean. Service is good. Sometimes, the servers don’t pay attention to the coasters and offer food when we didn’t want more food. They aren’t afraid to upsell drinks, desserts, etc., so make sure you’re firm with what you want.
I will start by saying I’ve been to this establishment once before and it was amazing, both great food and service. However tonight was a different story. My boyfriend and I made a reservation to celebrate his mother’s birthday. 1 hour before our reservation, I received an email saying our reservation was cancelled with no explanation. However, I did not see this email until our arrival at the restaurant so we went inside to see what the problem was. The food was great however they poured two bottles of water and set them on the table without asking at the end of meal they charge 8 dollars per bottle and was not mentioned
