I was very unhappy with my experience here on Saturday 8/29. Management was very unprofessional when handling customer concerns. Our waitress quoted us the wrong price for a pitch of limeade and when questioned about this management very rudely took our drinks off our table and stormed away. Recently revisited. Not good. Service was mediocre and the meat cutter only came by once requested. For the variety of meats we should have just got salad bar. Bill over $300 and only had a maybe 4 meat choices. Lamb chops was an uncharted. Won't be visiting again. Columbia location has more to offer!!
Everyone is always incredibly and very helpful but Sergio inparticular made sure we had all the different meats we wanted and was incredibly friendly and helpful!
Amazing service, wonderful atmosphere. Only thing I would say is the meat could be a bit more flavorful. Can’t wait to go back!
I've been to this location since they opened in 2023, but I was no stranger to the chain neither how a brazilian steakhouse works (being a brazilian myself). Since valentine's day, all of my visits were barely 'okay'. They changed the brazilian lemonade and it doesn't taste at all as the original or how any brazilian lemonade are really made.
